Online Appointments
Appointments
To better serve the needs of non-immigrant visa applicants, we have instituted an online visa appointment service. This service is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week; a fee of $14.00 (in Euros) is charged, which permits up to five family members to schedule their visa appointment together. Please visit www.usvisa-france.com for more information and to begin the appointment process. Persons who whish to speak to a live operator may continue to call 0810-26-46-26.
When can I expect an appointment for an interview?
See the State Department website and choose location Paris for wait times.
If you have an urgent need to travel, you must advise the call center in order to get a timely appointment. Emergency appointments are not available via the online service.
Appointments are made by the call center on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be changed or delayed without calling the call center.
- The Call Center telephone number is 0810-26-46-26
- From the United States and Canada, dial 011-33-810-26-46-26
- From all other countries, dial +33-810-26-46-26
Applicants who must travel before the above appointment date must still contact the Call Center.
Consult this site before you make an appointment
Those calling to discuss scheduling appointments are strongly advised to first consult the website or the automated recorded Visa Information Line on 08.92.23.84.72 (fee charged) to be familiar with the information you need when talking with an agent. If you still have unanswered questions or believe that you need to schedule an appointment, then call our Live Service Operators (14,50 Euros per call) at 0-810-26-46-26.
Treaty Trader/Treaty Investor visa applicants (E visa) cannot be scheduled an interview through this number. They must continue to submit their applications by mail.
Due to the high volume of demand, there may be a delay of up to ten weeks before an interview can be arranged. Please plan your travel accordingly.
For security reasons, no luggage, electronic or photographic equipement can be admitted into the building.
