Documents Required for Visa Applications
Depending on the type of visa that you are applying for, certain supporting documentation is required:

Business or Pleasure (B1/B2) |
While there are no specifically required documents for a B1/B2 application, consular officer frequently request to see documents supporting claims of employment (work contract and pay stubs), financial status (bank statements), and purpose of travel. There is no formula; applicants should bring appropriate and persuasive documentary evidence to the interview to support claims made in the application. Applicants who do not have documentation requested by the consular officer may be asked to provide it via email. |
