More information on immigration to the United States is available online from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Feel free to email us if you have been unable to find the information you require on our website or have questions about your pending visa petition. However, if the information you have requested is already available online, or does not concern U.S. immigrant visas for French residents, you will not receive a response to your message. We are unable to respond to questions regarding non-immigrant (visitor/short stay) visas. Please visit the Non-Immigrant Visa Section for more information.
If your request concerns an application currently in process we will answer only if the processing time is longer than normal or if there is a problem. Otherwise, please assume that we have noted your message and that application processing is proceeding normally.
