All DoD/USG guests registered with ODC (i.e., country clearance received & acknowledged) and staying at the DoD-approved hotel will be provided bus transportation to and from the show on a daily basis, Monday through Friday. The buses are expected to depart from the front of the hotel at 0710 and depart from Villepinte Exhibition Centre at 1530 on the first day of the show (Monday, 14 JUN 2010). Bus departure and return times on subsequent show days will be subject to change depending upon local traffic flow and the day of the week. Departure and return times will be announced by an ODC representative during the daily trip.
Aside from the daily bus transportation to and from the show, transportation to and from the airport and to private or industry events will not be provided. All other transportation must be arranged privately and at your own expense.
