France in American Films

A high number of American films take place, either entirely or in part, in France. Some were filmed on location, others in studio, and even some in other countries.
Here is an attempt at listing them. Please note: in the descriptives, the "location" section refers to where the action takes place, not where it was filmed. This information, when available, can be found in the "notes" section.
