President Obama’s visit to Normandy for D-Day 65th Anniversary

Summary of President Obama’s trip: On June 4 the President gave a speech in Egypt.  The speech was about America's relations with the Muslim world.  He then traveled on June 5 to Dresden, Germany and visited Buchenwald Concentration Camp. On June 6, the President took part in activities commemorating the 65th anniversary of D-Day.

• D-Day 65th anniversary ceremonies: Obama's remarks at the American cemetery in Colleville-sur-Mer (Normandy)
