Ministry of Culture’s highest distinction for Harvard Scientist David Edwards

The distinguished author of “ArtScience” and inventor of innovative and affordable delivery systems for vaccinations, Dr. David Edwards received the “Chevalier des Arts & Lettres” decoration.  He was decorated with this most prestigious award, granted of the French Ministry of Culture, by Minister of Culture Chief of Staff Jean-François Hébert in recognition of his achievements in interdisciplinary work to bridge art and science in France and the United States. David Edwards is a young philanthropist, scientist, inventor, Harvard professor and founder of the innovative space “Le Laboratoire” in Paris.  More than a 100 guests, including leaders in their fields of culture and science – gallery owners, members of the press, publishers, sponsors - as well as newly arrived American Fulbright grantees, attended the award ceremony which took place at the US Ambassador’s Residence.
