In Paris for meetings with French counterparts in preparation of the June Afghan Donors Conference, Richard Boucher, Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs hold a 45 minute briefing with a group of journalists representing key French media as well as Paris-based international press. He gave interviews to Lebanese TV Future TV and French International All News TV Channel France 24.
